During his company’s annual sexual harassment seminar, Zachary Miller, 56, asked a series of inappropriate and potentially incriminating questions, while his co workers uncomfortably watched him dig himself into a deeper, and deeper hole.
“I just wanna know what I can say, what I can’t say, and what’s just plain funny, ya know?” Miller said while obviously turning his head to look at a female employee’s behind as she passed. “For instance, can I sing the ZZ Top song “Tush”? What about “Cadillac Hips” by the Soledad Brothers? Will get sued again for that?”
Miller informed reporters he’s currently dealing with at least two harassment lawsuits from the past year—one which he received due to his comments at last year’s sexual harassment seminar.
“You think he would’ve learned after last year’s seminar,” a coworker of Miller’s commented. “But no. He kept saying the word ‘hypothetical’ then describing coworkers, family members, and celebrities from the show “Deadwood” in very sexual and inappropriate ways, and asking if they could sue for the comment.”
The general consensus around the office is that Miller doesn’t harass others with malicious intent, but rather is just completely clueless when it comes to professional boundaries and social cues.
“I kind of feel bad for him. He’s going to be fired, broke, and alone in no time,” Marley Watts said. “We actually have an office pool for the date he’s let go. ”
The seminar ran four-and-a-half hours over schedule due to Miller’s incessant questioning. Immediately after the seminar, Miller was spotted hanging an Exotic Beauties Calendar.
